December is right around the corner, can you feel it? Decorations are popping up in the windows and the streets are full of Christmas lights. Risalamande has taken a place on the dessert table and the Danish TV has already showed Home Alone. Yes, in the mid of November.

The street food market at Storms Pakhus will not only make sure you do not leave hungry, but also ready for Christmas. If you are not too keen on shopping, join in for Christmas Bingo or Danish Christmas paper cuts workshop and make your own decorations.

The annual H. C. Andersen Christmas market in Odense's old town, invites to experience an old-fashioned market atmosphere with Christmas decorations, market stalls and lots of entertainment inspired by fairy tales, surrounded by the smell of caramelized apples and glögg.

Christmas at Kulturmaskinen - a weekend with activities for children and families. Kulturmaskinen invites to play, create and just enjoy each other company with Christmas music and songs, movies and creative workshops.

Historic Christmas market at Møntergaarden
Step into the 19th-century Christmas atmosphere at Møntergaarden. The beautiful yard will turn into a big marketplace with traders dressed in 19th century clothes, musicians, puppet shows and old-fashioned Christmas decorations.

Julekajak
A number of Christmas decorated kayaks and canoes will be floating towards Odense Harbour on a December afternoon. Join in for a spectacular view, sing along with a Greenlandic choir and warm up to a glass of glögg and æbleskiver.

Kunstner Julemarked
30 Danish craftsmen will open their stalls at the art house Filosoffen on the second weekend of December. Ceramics, handmade jewelry, clothing, textile, sculptures and more. They say the market is great for those looking for special personal presents, so see for yourself!
